Community engagement is key

Many company administrators wanted a way to engage and encourage their users to participate and reward those who do.

I was tasked to design a robust, informative, and scalable rewards system to encourage quality contributions, integrate SAP Jam Communities with Badgeville (recently acquired by SAP) gamification systems that maps to Badgeville APIs and create an easily and highly configurable solution for ever-changing community rules, rewards, and policies.
